Breakfast and dinner use fresh natural ingredients, and meals are available, freshly cooked to order from the menu, and can be enjoyed within the apartment.

All bookings over GBP 1000 are subject to a 25% non-refundable deposit which is taken at the time of booking.

The Chester Residence does not accept bookings from same-sex groups, stag/hen parties or similar groups. Any such bookings will be cancelled and no refund given.

Please note that extra beds must be arranged with the hotel before check-in, as not all apartments have the capacity to accommodate them.

If any booking is cancelled after 14:00, 48 hours before arrival, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
